I slept about 5 hours; however, I did not feel that tired in the middle of the day. I drank 1 cup of coffee and 2 cups of water (no photos).

Dinner- Apples with Peanut Butter

Dinner - Kiwi!

Dinner - Pasta with Beets

Dinner - Corn

Dinner - Mashed Potatoes with Spinach

Dessert - 1 Snickerdoodle - Gracias Lindsay

Dessert - Toast with Blackberry Jam

Dessert - Dates x8

Pretty good drink!
