I went to the gym and did the elliptical for 3 miles and then I worked out.
Late Breakfast - Crepes with Strawberries and Bananas and the other half with Peanut Butter and Bananas, Eggs in the back

Cup of Orange Juice

Dinner - Salmon and Zucchini

Snack - Espresso Chips

Snack - Homemade Caramel Corn
