It has almost been two months and with close inspection, I realize my consumption of carbohydrates are dramatic. I am going to try to reduce its intake and focus on limiting snacks and desserts, varying per social situation.

Reason: Carbohydrates are stored in the muscle and the liver which helps keep my cognitive function. Anymore than basic operational use will result in fat displaced to adipose tissue. In addition, my insulin can be getting overworked resulting in my body to think I need to store fat.

Typically, I feel full for a couple of hours and then want to eat again. Reducing carbohydrates and eating more satiating foods like fat will keep me full longer and result in less snacking.
