I felt a bit tired again-- I slept 7 hours, but was falling sleep around 1-1:45pm.
Breakfast - Quiche

Snack

Lunch - Blackened Ahi - From Sunday

 Snack ~5 pieces

Dinner - Cheddar and Brie x6

Dinner - Butter, Paprika, Dried Red Pepper and Salt

Dinner - Kimchi - had about half

Dinner - Spinach - Mashed Potatoes - had about 3 of this serving size

Dessert - Mango Sorbet - !!

Dessert - Dates ~ 5 pieces
