I hiked this morning and then I ran 3 miles in 23 minutes. I felt pretty good today -- I did not feel tired or anything.
Breakfast - Oatmeal

Snack - Trail Mix

Snack - Apple

Lunch - Carrots

Lunch - Rice Crackers

Lunch - Greek Pasta

Dinner - Cheese and Crackers x3

Dinner - Margarita

Dinner - Congo Lime Smoothie

Dinner - Salad with Pepperjack Cheese, Dried Cranberries, Olive Oil and Balsamic

Dinner - Cheddar Cheese

Dessert - x4

Dessert - Mango Cake
Dessert - Smarf Puffs

Dessert - Dates and Peanut Butter
