Snack - a Banana with honey and cinnamon

Dinner - Almond Butter and Jelly sandwich with dates

Beans and Rice with Cheese

Snack - pistachios

Dessert - mini pecan pie

Dessert - Ben and Jerry's Peppermint Cookie Ice Cream
