Breakfast - Flour tortilla with a garlic eggplant spread with cheese

Breakfast - two eggs

Moroccan Mint Green Tea

Lunch - Almond butter and Jam Sandwich

Dinner - Green Beans, Brussel Sprouts,  Rice and Noodles

Dinner - Swiss Cheese

Dessert - a pear
