I ran at the Track Field and did stairs along with push-ups and sit-ups. Afterward, I went to the ARC to do other exercises. I felt tired for my 2pm class and had a difficult time staying awake.
Breakfast - Apple and Banana
Breakfast - Orange w/ Chocolate
Lunch - Brown Rice with Vegetables and Mozz Cheese
