Lunch - Squash, Beans and Asparagus

Dinner - Pasta Salad

Dinner - 1 cup of Organic Whole Milk

Dinner 1/2 cup of Organic Whole Milk

Dessert - Dates with Peanut Butter

Dessert - Chocolate Cake

Coffee

Water x2
I ran 4 miles today.
