I ran four miles today. I felt a bit tired after the brunch and for most part of the day, thereafter.
Brunch - Chile Relleno , Eggs and Potatoes

Champagne

Brunch - Beans, Rice Shrimp Tostada and Cheese Enchilada

Brunch - Fruit , Flan, Mexican Bread

Brunch - Mexican Hot Chocolate

Brunch - Carrot Cake and Mexican Bread

Snack

Snack - 4 pieces

Snack - 2 pieces

Dinner - Peanut Butter, Banana, Honey and Dried Cranberry Crepe

Dinner - Creamy Tomato Soup with Feta

Dinner- Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Dessert - Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream

Snack - Buttered Popcorn

  1. That egg looks amazing! also, how do you make chia pudding??

  2. 2/3 cup Chia Seed, 2 Cups of milk and then sweeten it as desired. Cinnamon, Honey,Vanilla Extract,etc..and then shake it for about a minute and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight and it should form pudding.
