Breakfast - Apple

Lunch - Potatoes, Broccoli, Eggs and Cheese

Snack - Banana, Persimmon and Almonds with Craisins

Dates with coconut and almonds - had 1

Dinner - Greek Yogurt with Granola

Dinner - Tzatziki with Broccoli and Carrots

Tzatziki recipe!

remove all the water from the cucumber by squishing it with your hands 
Mix 14 oz of the greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic,
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
add it to the cucumber
