Breakfast - Yogurt with Cinnamon , whole maple syrup and granola 
Lunch - Eggs with Onions, Peppers and Feta Cheese

Dinner - Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich with an Apple and a Banana 
Coffee

Snack - a few chile spiced mangoes

Snack - Mixed Nuts 
Dessert - Dark Chocolate
